Keeping up the tradition of "failing sequels", this movie can serve as another example in Bollywood. Maintaining its original main cast, it also included a long list of prevalent comedians more noticeably Johnny Lever and Rajpal Yadav. Trying hard to show the continuity and huge commotion at the end made the weak story line fail miserably. One can see brilliant comic scenes at times from Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty and Akshay Kumar. With Bipasa Basu and Rimi Sen acting as mere female presence on the screen. Inclusion of circus was just for the kids to join the highly expecting viewers who came in to watch the sequel of the previous cult comedy.
